Refund & Cancellation Policy
W.B. Suhail provides different types of professional services and digital products. Refund and cancellation eligibility therefore depends on the nature and status of the purchase, whether work has commenced, whether access or delivery has occurred, and the terms accepted for the specific transaction.

Overview
There is no universal refund promise and no blanket no-refund rule. The applicable policy is determined by the product or service purchased. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable rights available under applicable law.
Consultations
Consultation fees are generally non-refundable after the consultation has occurred. Advance cancellation or rescheduling may be available according to the notice requirements disclosed for the booking. Late cancellations and no-shows may be non-refundable because executive time has been reserved.
Strategic assessments
Strategic assessments may be refundable before substantive work begins. Once research, analysis, preparation, review, or other substantive work has commenced, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where the contracted service is not provided.
Custom development
Custom plugin, platform, and technology-development engagements are governed primarily by the applicable proposal or agreement. Commencement payments and completed milestones are generally non-refundable once the associated work begins. On cancellation, amounts may remain due for completed work, work in progress, approved commitments, and non-cancellable third-party costs.
Ongoing management & recurring services
Current service periods are generally non-refundable once the service period begins. Cancellation ordinarily stops future renewals according to the applicable agreement or cancellation terms. Already-delivered management, monitoring, advisory, support, or reserved capacity is not retroactively refundable.
Digital products & software
Digital products, downloadable files, software, licenses, or immediately delivered access are generally non-refundable after download, license activation, credential delivery, or substantial access. Exceptions may apply to duplicate charges, incorrect delivery, failure to provide access, or a confirmed material defect that cannot reasonably be corrected, subject to applicable law and product terms.
Duplicate or incorrect charges
Verified duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, or payment-processing errors should be reported promptly and will be reviewed independently of ordinary refund eligibility.
How to request a refund or cancellation
Submit the request through the client portal, Support, or the designated contact pathway and identify the order or engagement, requested action, and reason. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
Refund processing
Approved refunds may be processed through WooCommerce and the original payment method when supported. Processing time may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.
Payment disputes
Clients retain any non-waivable rights provided by applicable law or their payment provider. W.B. Suhail may provide transaction, agreement, delivery, access, and communication records when responding to a payment dispute.
Governing agreements
A signed proposal, statement of work, master services agreement, or other engagement-specific contract may contain additional or more specific refund, cancellation, termination, payment, acceptance, intellectual-property, and warranty provisions. Those terms govern the specific engagement to the extent permitted by law.
